What happens to what you send us
This page covers the contact form, the budget request and the Go & serve form. It explains what each one collects, where it goes, who reads it and how long it is kept.
“We” on this page means New Life for All Nations Center, a ministry in Lusaka, Zambia, led by Feeby Samir.
What the forms collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and church.
- Your message, and the reason you are getting in touch.
- Your organization, if you give one on the contact form.
- On the Go & serve form, how long you could come for and roughly when.
We do not store your IP address or details about your browser with your message. The site uses your IP address for a moment, to stop spam and repeated sending. Cloudflare’s technical logs also record it, with your browser details and approximate location, for up to 7 days, for security and fault-finding.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and to send what you asked for, such as the budget, a call with the sending church or the volunteer brief. There is no newsletter, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Where it goes and who reads it
Each message is emailed to Feeby Samir, who leads the ministry, at a Gmail account. Feeby reads every message and replies herself.
A copy is also stored in the website’s database, so a message is not lost if an email goes missing. Only the ministry team and the people who run this website can open the stored copy.
We never sell your details. Apart from the services below, we share them with someone else only when you ask us to.
Services that handle your details
- Cloudflare hosts the website and its database, and sends the form emails. Its spam check (Turnstile) runs in your browser on the form pages. It reads your IP address and details about your browser and device.
- Google runs the Gmail account that receives the messages. Google also serves the site’s fonts, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We delete a message 12 months after it arrives, both from the database and from the inbox. We keep it longer only while a conversation with you is still going on. A deleted message can stay in backups and in the inbox’s trash for up to 30 more days before it is gone for good.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Write to sfeeby@gmail.com and say what you would like. We can tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete the stored copy and the email.
